This Privacy Policy describes how Clozze ("Clozze," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology provider operating only within the United States, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our real estate transaction and team management platform (the "Service").
1. The Clozze Service and Data Philosophy
Clozze is a modern, AI-powered platform designed to help real estate professionals and teams automate mundane tasks and communication. Our primary goal is to be a central point of truth where all your essential apps and data connect. We organize your transactions, tasks, contacts, marketing, and KPIs in a single platform.
Data we collect and process fall into two categories:
- Your Personal Information (Subscriber Data): Information relating to individual subscribers, partners, and their authorized users (e.g., brokers, agents).
- Your Tasks, Content, and KPI Tracking (End Customer Data): Information relating to the individual customers of subscribers (e.g., home buyers and sellers), and transaction details.
We are committed to not selling your Personal Data, not spamming your email or social networks, and not using your information for any undisclosed purposes
2. Information We Collect
When we use the term "Personal Data" in this policy, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an individual or household. It does not include aggregated or de-identified information.
We collect Personal Data in the following ways:
A. Information You Provide to Us (Subscriber Data)
In your use of the Services, you provide us with information including:
- Identifiers: Your name, login email, phone number, and company name.
- Account Credentials: Any third-party login credentials for each connected platform (e.g., DocuSign).
- Payment Information: If you purchase our services, we use Stripe (a third-party payment processor) to collect your payment details. We do not store this information ourselves.
- Communications: The contents of communications you send to us, for example, during a sales call or when contacting support.
B. Transaction and Content Data (End Customer Data)
This is the information you import or connect to your Clozze account to use our core service.
- End Customer Data: Names, contact information, and communication logs related to your customers (buyers and sellers).
- Transaction Tracking Data: Active listings, active buyers, total sales volume, and total commission.
- Team and Performance Data: Tasks, content, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used by our team dashboard for performance tracking and brokerage management.
- Information from Third-Parties: We collect information from public sources and other records, including Multiple Listing Services (MLSs). Most of this information is about properties, but some may relate to individuals (e.g., property owner identity, real estate license info).
C. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Information about your connection, IP address, browser type, operating system, and unique device and advertising IDs.
- Log Information: We receive information when you view content or interact with our services, such as access times, pages visited, and search terms.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We and our partners use cookies and other tools to keep track of your use of our services, provide a personalized experience, track trends, and save your preferences.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Providing and Improving the Service: To communicate with you, provide our services, and train our artificial intelligence and machine learning models to improve and personalize your experience, including automating tasks and communication.
- Core Clozze Functionality: To organize transactions, track tasks (including identifying when deals are stuck), manage contacts, display your listings and buyers, and track both personal and team KPIs on the Team Dashboard for brokers and team leaders.
- Security and Safety: To provide for the safety and security of our users and services, including verifying your identity and defending against fraud.
- Marketing and Updates: To inform you about services, offers, promotions, news, and other updates. You can manage the types of email you receive by following the instructions in each email we send you.
- Interest-Based Advertising: We may participate in interest-based advertising using third-party advertising companies to serve you targeted advertisements based on your browsing history, as described in Section 5 below.
4. Consent and Your Privacy Choices
- Consent to Service: Upon signup, you are prompted to review our Privacy Policy, and upon clicking "consent," you agree to the use of our Services and the processing of data as described herein.
- Calls and Texts: If you provide your phone number, we may contact you with important information. We will only contact you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, and you always have the ability to opt out of further calls or texts.
5. Third-Party Tracking and Interest-Based Advertising
We may permit third-party online advertising networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to collect information about your use of our websites through tracking technologies, such as cookies. We and our third-party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see online more relevant to your interests.

You should know the ways we share your information:
- With Third-Party Integrations: We share your information with your consent or at your direction when you authorize a third-party application (such as DocuSign) to connect with your Clozze account. This sharing is necessary to provide you with the full functionality of the Services.
- With Service Providers: We share your information with our service providers that perform functions and provide services on our behalf, including Stripe for payment processing and cloud hosting providers.
- As Required by Law: We may preserve, use, share, or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- As a Result of a Change in Ownership: We may share, sell, or transfer information about you in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Protecting Your Personal Data
We understand that no matter how we collect your information, we have a responsibility to protect it. We build security into our products from the ground up to help protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We take reasonable steps to respond to threats, but no method of Internet transmission can provide guaranteed protection. If a security incident occurs, we will notify you as soon as we can.

- Payment Information: Records of transactions will be kept in accordance with applicable law.
- Suspended Accounts: Where your account is suspended for violating our rules, we may keep certain identifiers indefinitely to prevent repeat policy offenders.
- Legal Compliance: We may need to keep certain information longer than our policies specify to comply with legal requirements.
